ARCA - Romanian Forum For Refugees and Migrants is a Romanian non-governmental organization established in 1998 with the aim to defend and promote universal human rights and the integration of all categories of migrants including refugees, asylum seekers, third country nationals, repatriates, and stateless people into the Romanian society.
To provide assistance and services to support the integration of all migrants in Romania;
To facilitate intercultural exchanges between migrants and the Romanian society;
To monitor the integration process of migrants in Romania;
To influence policy on integration- related matters through advocacy;
To develop a network of organizations and institutions to effectively meet the needs of migrants.
Monitoring and Advocacy to improve the legal framework and facilitate migrants' access to their rights.
Legal and social counselling to support the socio-economic and cultural integration of refugees and migrants in Romania, including naturalization.
Youth activities to develop members’ professional development and life skills and to facilitate intercultural exchanges between migrants and the Romanian society.
