Institute for Electronic Participation is a leading non-governmental organisation in Slovenia professionally oriented on digital democracy & society.
Institute for Electronic Participation is an independent, not for profit, NGO oriented on eDemocracy, eParticipation, eGovernance and eInvolvement. Since 2007, we contribute to development of democracy with socially innovative use of Internet by citizens, civil society and decision-makers. INePA digital democracy activities focus on active citizenship, political participation, society, open government and civic dialogue by means of consultation, research, advocacy, facilitation, stakeholders involvement and dissemination. INePA membership include Pan European eParticipation Network, CEE Citizens Network, CNVOS and is listed among key actors in eParticipation in EU (European eParticipation Study 2009).
We are interested to collaborate with NGOs in practicing active citizenship / democratic participation in different areas with the use of the Internet and social media.
