Type of partner/expertise sought

It would be interesting if we form a consortium with Romanian workers and Norway (possibly volunteers) to exchange experience on the rehabilitation of churches and to be hosted in Romania . The church is nearly to the capital Bucharest and the famous Museum Village where traditional houses from Romania are exposed . I also see an opportunity for collaboration between architect specializing in the restoration of churches in Romania and Norway.
It is possible and desirable visited each initial contact of persons in the two countries.
