Minotenk - Minority Political Think Tank

Minotenk is a think-tank that chiefly works with issues concerning the minority population in Norway, but also minority challenges in a global perspective.


Minotenk was founded in 2008 by Abid Raja, Pakistani-Norwegian lawyer and politician. The purpose was to focus on multicultural issues, and to debate these in an open and democratic manner.

The Declaration of Human Rights is fundamental to MinotenkĀ“s policy and activities.

The aim is to assemble knowledge in this field, and to disseminate this to the Norwegian population through media, conferences and meetings.
